Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) is an interdisciplinary course taught in four years. It combines multiple subjects across different disciplines, interactive classrooms, presentations, case analysis, discussions from industry experts and internships.

• Exploring beyond the classroom

It is a voluntary program aimed at encouraging you to engage in activities that provide hands-on experience and opportunities to apply classroom knowledge. The students have accomplished various short projects in business market such as, promotional campaigning of Mangaldeep Incense Sticks of Surya Nepal Pvt. Ltd., which is a typhoon company of Nepal, promotional campaigning of TVS scooter, several education fairs, several seminars, in house and outside worskshops. This has creatd a stature in the mind of our students which the trade market is like.

We put our students first. We help and let our students determine what they want to learn, how want to learn and how can they assess their learning. The business school is advocating a learner focused teaching technique. This enables students towards independent, lifelong learning and enhances problem solving abilities.

 

• Case Based Learning

 

Case based learning and problem based learning are important tools considered to harness analytical skills of the students who are preparing to be future leaders, managers and drivers of change. Under this approach, students read and discuss complex, real life situations and problems faced by businesses, societies and industries around the globe. Furthermore, these exercises help students develop problem solving technique, group learning and presentations and self learning.

 

• Enterpreneurial Learning

 

Business orientation is embedded within the programme, but it is particularly and explicitly practiced in the business project where you prepare a business development plan and present the plan in seminar setting. This projects helps youo to develop specific skills of planning that are important to business people: entreneurship, interdisciplinary thinking, and management skills (e.g. teamwork, meeting skills, negotiating, and professional reporting), languages and of course professional and academic skills. The business projects provide you a perfect platform to begin your career from the learning phase at Central College. Students read and discuss complex, real life situations and problems faced by businesses, societies and industries around the globe. Furthermore, these exercises help students develop problem solving technique, group learning and presentations and self learning.

 

• Graduate Placement

 

Towards the end of final semester our students get a platform for job placement in the different sectors as per the requirement of companies as well student'interests. We conduct the Graduate Placement Day where Human Resource Expertizes from different companies are invited to provide the job opportunities for our graduate students.
